ABOUT THE SESSION
Ecopsychology is the growing science of the impact our immediate surroundings have on our mental well-being and in turn our productivity.
This has never been more important now we are working in a very different environment (literally and metaphorically) since the outbreak of Covid-19. This session will explore the science of ecopsychology and examine why it is important not only to surround ourselves with the ´right´ people but also with the ´right´ surroundings.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Identify key principles of the science of ecopsychology.
Understand how ecopsychology impacts our mental well-being and productivity.
Implement a strategy to apply the principles of ecopsychology in our professional lives.
