The FCA test case in 2020 and other events in recent years have negatively impacted the reputation of the insurance industry.  

Consumer expectations have not been met and there has been a mismatch between those expectations, brand promises, marketing messages and the way policies are drafted.  This webinar will look at how policies can be drafted to ensure that they match brand promises, are aligned with marketing messages and above all, meet consumer expectations.
