FROM CHAOS TO CALM: TECHNIQUES FOR TAMING THE INNER VOICES

ABOUT THE SESSION

We all have voices in our mind.  We all have conversations with ourselves.  It´s normal.  However, there is a fine line between negative thoughts related to these inner voices and conversations on the one hand, and being able to harness these voices and conversations to think clearly and positively on the other hand.

This session will help you to recognise the value of the voices and conversations in our own minds and how we can harness them, but at the same time know how to recognise when our inner voices and conversations are entering into a negative spiral.

You will learn techniques to ensure that when there is chaos in your mind, you are able to tame your inner voices and remain calm.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Identify how to distinguish between negative and positive inner voices and conversations.

Recognise the techniques we can use to tame our inner voices and conversations.

Implement a strategy to improve the way you use and ask questions.
